CANCELLATION POLICY: It is the passengers responsibility to make sure they are at the correct pick up location prior to their scheduled pick up time. Please call us at 208-735-2268 after check in to hotel with room number and cell phone number. No-shows will be charged in full. Confirmed tour reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will be charged in full. If Big Green Adventure Tours LLC cancels a trip prior to departure for any reason, bad weather, safety concerns or inadequate load requirements, a 100% refund will be issued. Big Green Adventure Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip or to upgrade passengers onto a more expensive tour. If for any reason a portion of the tour is cancelled, unused expenses may be refunded to the passenger. Confirmed tour reservations cancelled by passenger will be charged a 10% processing fee and the remainder of the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
MINIMUM LOAD REQUIREMENTS: For scenic adventure tours, a minimum of two or more adult fares must be paid to warrant service being offered. If less than two or more individuals request that service be offered, that individual would be required to pay the full fare as though there were two individuals.
UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN: No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to take part in any tour unless a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult accompanies them. "Adult" in this sense means a person 18 years or older who is responsible for the child during the transportation services.
INFANTS: No infants are permitted on tours.
ALCOHOL AND/OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS: No alcohol or recreational drugs will be allowed in any tour vehicle at any time.
NON-DISCRIMINATION: The carrier will not refuse service to anyone because of race, creed, sex, or national origin.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: The carrier reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who may appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or recreational drugs. Carrier also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who may display an inability to care for him or herself or display conduct which may disrupt the pleasure and safety of passengers or employees.
SEAT BELTS: All passengers will be required to wear fastened seat belts at any time when the vehicle is in motion or on a roadway. Carrier reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot or will not wear a seat belt.
TRIP CANCELLATION OR REROUTING: The carrier reserves the right to cancel or reroute any given tour when weather conditions, health hazards or equipment malfunctions may affect the safety of passengers or employees. If a tour does not meet the minimum load requirements for reasons beyond our control, such as last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to cancel, reroute or reschedule the tour.
SMOKING: Smoking will not be allowed in the vehicle. At certain times smoking is not allowed on the parks because of fire risk.
CARRIER'S LIABILITY: Carrier will not be liable for loss of personal property or injury, as detailed in the Release of Liability form to be executed by all customers.
DISCOUNTS: Once the minimum load requirements have been met, discounts may be offered for Children, Students, Seniors and Groups on some tours at the company's discretion. For scenic adventure tours, the time length of the trip will be determined from last pick up to the time of the first expected drop off.
REFUNDS: Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged in full. No refunds will be allowed if a customer is refused service because he/she appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if he/she is refused service because he/she displays an inability to care for themselves or displays conduct which may disrupt the pleasure and/or safety of passengers or employees. No refund will be given to anyone who is refused service because of refusal to wear a seat belt or follow the rules and regulations of the carrier. If Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC cancels a trip for any reason, bad weather or inadequate load requirements a 100% refund will be issued. Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour.
SCHEDULE: Service will be offered March 1st through November 30th based upon availability. Additional scenic adventure tours may be added from December 1st through February 29th based upon weather conditions and availability.
BAGGAGE: Hand baggage shall not exceed 25 lbs. per bag. Each passenger will be allowed no more than two bags. Articles with sharp edges will not be carried unless safely and securely packaged. Explosives, firearms, inflammables or harmful liquids will not be transported.
ANIMALS: No pets of any kind are allowed on any tour. Service animals qualified under ADA guidelines are permitted on tours.
PLEASE NOTE: Our tours are outdoor adventure tours conducted in the northern part of the Great Basin Desert. During the summer months of June, July and August, temperatures reach in excess of 100 degrees with ground temperature on concrete, asphalt and brick reaching in excess of 160 degrees. While we strive to protect animals inside the vehicle by providing ample space with access to air conditioning, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PROPER FOOT PROTECTION, WATER BOWLS AND ANY OTHER MEASURE AVAILABLE TO PROTECT YOUR ANIMAL.

SAFETY: Our passengers safety is our top priority. Unfortunately, the weather conditions in Southern Idaho and other surrounding desert areas can be unpredictable at times. Should the weather interfere with this tour, we reserve the right to alter the tour in the interest of safety. If weather prohibits the tour and we are unable to get to our destination, customer may either reschedule tour or choose to cancel reservation and obtain full refund. Customer understands that weather conditions may cause missed views and/or sequence of itineraries may be modified for operational and safety reasons and no refund is available if customer chooses to continue with the tour as stated. Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC can only grant refunds for tours purchased directly through Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC reservation agents.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT I hereby release and discharge Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC, dba Big Green Adventure Tours, and its owners, managers, employees, agents and independent contractors (collectively Releasees herein) from any and all liability arising from my participation in scenic adventure tours and related activities sponsored by Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC. In particular, I hereby release, waive, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any and all liability to me or my spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all claims, causes of action or damages to my person or property (including but not limited to my personal injury or death) arising from or in any way related to any events occurring prior to, during or after any scenic adventure tours sponsored or conducted by Releasees in which I may participate; such events to include, without limitation, the negligence, omission, commission or intentional conduct of any owner or representative of Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC, or of any third parties, and sickness, accident, or conduct of other customers and invitees of Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC. I also release Releasees from liability for any loss to my personal property. I understand that maintaining and protecting my personal property while on Big Green Adventure Tours premises or while participating in Big Green Adventure Tours sponsored events is my sole responsibility.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK I acknowledge and agree that if I engage in any trip or activity conducted by Big Green Adventure Tours, I do so entirely at my own risk. I understand and acknowledge that Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC's tours contain portions that are inherently dangerous; and I expressly and voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury or death sustained while participating in such scenic adventure tours or any portion thereof, including but not limited to equipment failure or malfunction.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS I further agree to indemnify and hold Releasees harmless from all claims, judgments and costs, including attorney fees, and to reimburse Releasees for any expenses whatsoever incurred in connection with any claim or action, whether or not filed in a court of law, brought as a result of my participation in Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC scenic adventure tours and related activities. I further agree that I will conduct myself in a responsible manner while participating in Big Green Adventure Tours sponsored events. I agree that I will refrain from doing anything that may injure or cause harm in any way to any other customer or participant in Big Green Adventure Tours sponsored events.
FULL AGREEMENT I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a full and complete release of Releasees liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer. This waiver and release of liability contains the entire agreement between Big Green Adventure Tours, LLC and me. I expressly agree that this waiver and release is intended to be as broad as possible as permitted by the laws of the State of Idaho, and that this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho. I agree that any litigation that would trigger the provisions of this waiver and release must be filed in Twin Falls County, State of Idaho. By signing this release, I am acknowledging that I have read, agree to and hereby accept all terms and conditions contained herein. This release of liability agreement can be modified only in writing, signed by me and an authorized representative of Green Adventure Tours, LLC.
