Enjoy a drive down our beautifully restored Main Street area where a local retailers offer everything from great food and brews to a variety of unique shops. Pass through the center of town for views of our Historic Courthouse, Churches and charming City Park. Stop at our Visitor Center for souvenirs and information as well as views of the Snake River Canyon and I.B. Perrine Memorial Bridge.
SHOSHONE ICE CAVES - TOUR #2
Explore one of Idaho's most popular tourist attractions: Shoshone Ice Caves. Your interpretive guide will take you into this geologic natural wonder on a fun, unique tour where you will learn how this "living glacier" was formed by molten lava and frozen with ice. Wander through the village as you visit the museum and gift shop or search for the perfect geode at the geode breaking station. As you return to Twin Falls, pass through historic Shoshone, Idaho, the oldest village in Magic Valley with what was once said to have "the widest Main Street in the world".
**Tour guests must be able to descend/ascend 80 steps in and out of Ice Cave or may otherwise enjoy the village, gift shop and museum.
CRATERS OF THE MOON NATIONAL MONUMENT & PRESERVE - TOUR #3
Step onto "another planet" and discover one of America's most unique National Monuments and Preserves. Begin your journey in the Monument with a stop at the Visitor Center for exhibits, gifts and movie introducing you to your adventure. Travel the 7 Mile Loop Road with your interpretive guide and enjoy all of its stunning views including the North Crater Flow, Inferno Cone, Spatter Cones and Devil's Orchard. Learn about the Monument's geologic history as you view the ancient fissures and lava flows of the Great Rift and see Big Cinder Butte, one of the world's largest known basaltic cinder cones.
Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve abounds with flora and fauna appearing in different stages throughout the year, so be on the lookout for beautiful desert flowers and the animals that call this wondrous place home!
