Q: How much walking is there on the tours?A: Our tours are designed so that everyone can enjoy the experience whether they are very mobile or limited. On each tour, there are plenty of benches and areas to sit down and enjoy the scenery should a tour guest have limited mobility. The exception is our hiking tour "Dierkes Lake Hike & Shoshone Falls".

Q: Do you offer pick up and drop off?A: Yes. We pick up and drop off for each tour at every local hotel, motel, RV park and AirBnB within a four mile radius.

Q: How many people are on each tour?A: Our vehicles each have a maximum tour guest capacity of seven passengers.

Q: What if I'm driving in from out-of-town for the day and want to take a tour and don't have a hotel location, etc.A: No problem! We will meet you at the Twin Falls Visitor Center conveniently located just off the 1-84 at 2015 Nielsen Point Place, Twin Falls, ID

Q: Are there any additional fees not included in the price?A: No. All of our tours include all entrance fees, taxes and fuel charges for pick up and drop off.

Q: How long are your tours?A: Our tours are either 4 hours or 8 hours depending on if you choose a half-day or full-day tour.

Q: Can infants and children go on the tour?A: We do not accept infants or children under the age six on any of our tours for safety reasons and space availability, i.e., car seats/booster seats. We recommend our tours to children 10 and above.

Q: What kind of clothing is recommended for tours?A: Comfortable shoes, hats and sunscreen are recommended for all of our tours as well as light jackets or warmer coats depending on the time of year. Some tours include walking on uneven, unpaved ground and all of our tours include an outside-of-the-vehicle experience.

Q: Can I bring a walker on board?A: No. Our vehicles are seven passenger SUVs and we cannot guarantee space for walkers.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the tour?A: Yes. While we provide bottled water on every tour for each tour guest and a boxed lunch on full-day tours only, we encourage you to bring any extra snacks/meals and hydration you feel you may need for yourself for the duration of the tour.
