B.  Perrine whose vision of harnessing the mighty Snake River to create a canal system for the purpose of irrigating farmland in the "Magic Valley" was realized after many years of planning and building.  Along the sidewalks of the historic Main Avenue, restaurants, shops and businesses find their homes in the original buildings of the townsite completely revitalized for a charming atmosphere in this delightful Idaho city.
